Challenges

Following store visits and after listening to colleague feedback, Security Operations Manager, Gary Davison, was keen to explore solutions to support better colleague communication. This posed the question, “what can we do differently to compliment our existing security equipment, and at the same time make the retail operation simpler for our colleagues?”

Market research was the next step with two headset companies in mind. After receiving testimonials to other retail convenience stores and meeting with each company, One Stop made the decision to use Quail Digital.

Benefits

Original business plan allowed for implementation to 40 stores which was increased to 250 before process begun. Feedback was great which then lead to the decision to introduce Quail Digital headsets across all stores in the UK.
