Remote System Reporting

Telephone and above store connectivity

Pro12 telephony interface hosts above-store voice, data, and PABX connectivity, efficiently linking headset groups in-store via the Pro12 portal.

Reporting

Pro12 MAX includes a comprehensive suite of system state reporting, covering individual stores, store groups, regions, and the entire estate. It tracks active headset use, battery life, fixed part fault reporting, and software versions in use.

Store coverage

Pro12 offers an impressive range, providing reliable wireless coverage for all headset users across single-floor and multi-level premises, with base repeaters linked via CAT5 cable and utilising POI.

Base stations  connect in a daisy chain using CAT5 cable.

Base stations use POI to reduce the number of power sources required in an installation.
